What a fantastic turn out! It was lovely to see past teachers, students, parents and principals reminiscing about their time at Seaford Park. Paul Kennedy a past student and now renowned sports journalist talked about the days he loved at Seaford Park and how our students all do well. The most crowded decade was in the 1979-1989 room, the foundation decade. I was honoured to meet Mr Ron Pritchard who was the principal in 1994 when the portables were gathered together with the gallery spaces forming the school into a semi-permanent building. It was fascinating to hear Ron’s recollection of these events and how hard he fought to establish the school to near permanency. I related very well to his journey!
