Seaford Park Primary School prepared a four-year School Strategic Plan (SSP) in 2024, in consultation with the students and a panel consisting of an independent reviewer, principal, staff representatives, school council representatives, the Senior Education Improvement Leader (SEIL), and external advisors. The School Strategic Plan consists of two overarching goals:
These goals and targets are addressed on an annual basis through our Annual Implementation Plan (AIP). Each AIP is designed to inform the focus and direction of Seaford Park Primary School across the four years of the School Strategic Plan. Due to the disruptions caused by COVID-19, the goals of the AIP in 2021 and 2022 were adjusted to focus our attention on the wellbeing of the students in our school, followed by a focus on ensuring that the students continued to learn and progress in spite of the barriers.
